• Professional License: Full access to all features including advanced analytics and API access

Restrictions

You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:

• License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit the website or make the platform available to any third party

• Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of the website

• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) of QR Meta or its affiliates

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service

Intellectual Property Rights

The QR Meta platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by QR Meta and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. The license granted to you does not give you any ownership rights in the platform.

License Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach any of the terms of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Updates and Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our website. Your continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
